Samsung Galaxy S23/S23 Ultra/S23 FE

Running a phone case store in Pakistan comes with specific customer expectations—especially regarding Cash on Delivery (COD), order verification, and model selection errors (e.g., ordering an iPhone 13 case for an iPhone 13 Pro).
Here are the four key policy templates customized specifically for a Shopify phone case brand in Pakistan.
1. Shipping Policy
* Delivery Timelines:
* Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days.
* Rest of Pakistan: 3–6 business days.
* Shipping Charges:
* Standard Delivery: PKR [Insert amount, e.g., 200/250] nationwide.
* Free Shipping on orders above PKR [Insert threshold, e.g., 2,500].
* Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules:
* COD is available across Pakistan.
* Order Verification: We process COD orders only after confirmation via Phone Call, WhatsApp, or SMS. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled after 48 hours.
* Parcel Opening Policy: Per standard logistics rules in Pakistan (Leopard, Trax, TCS, CallCourier), rider delivery drivers do not allow parcels to be opened before full payment is collected. If there is any issue after opening, please contact our support team immediately.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
* Exchange Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
* Wrong Phone Model Selection:
* If you accidentally ordered the wrong model (e.g., iPhone 14 instead of iPhone 14 Pro), we will exchange it! However, the customer is responsible for both sides of courier charges for the exchange process.
* Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Sent:
* If you receive a cracked, defective, or incorrect case, we will replace it free of cost.
* Requirement: You must send a unboxing video/photo of the item to our WhatsApp/Email within 24 hours of delivery.
* Non-Returnable Items:
* Customized / Personalized phone cases (unless defective from our side).
* Clearance / Sale items.
* Cases damaged due to regular wear, drops, or improper handling after use.
* Refund Method:
* Refunds are processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned parcel back at our warehouse. Cash refunds are not offered via courier riders.
3. Terms of Service (Store Rules)
* Order Accuracy: Please verify your exact phone model before placing an order (check Settings > General > About on your phone).
* Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched via courier, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit.
* Fake Orders & Refusals: Refusing a COD parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason affects small businesses. Repeat refusal addresses will be blacklisted from placing future COD orders.
4. Privacy Policy
* Data Collected: We collect your Name, Delivery Address, Phone Number, and Email strictly to fulfill your orders and send tracking updates.
* Data Sharing: Your shipping address and phone number are shared solely with our logistics partners (TCS, Trax, Leopards, etc.) for delivery. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
How to Add These to Shopify
* Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Policies.
* Paste the text into Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
* Go to Online Store > Navigation and add links to these policy pages in your Footer Menu.
